¿Jugar en el trabajo? ¿De qué me está hablando, caballero?
Algo en nosotrxs tiende a separar mucho estos dos mundos. En el trabajo hay que ser serixs. Y el juego es algo insignificante, solo de niñxs.
Pero, pensémoslo bien. La gente que admiramos -científicxs, empresarixs, maestrxs, quien sea- son personas que, ante todo, están jugando.
¿Cómo sería vivir tu trabajo como un juego?
Entendiendo que, sea cual sea el resultado, siempre hay un aprendizaje posible. Liberándote de las nociones de éxito, para jugar más, probar más, crear más. Asumiendo el error como parte de todo proceso creativo y de todo proceso de crecimiento.
¿Sabías que, por ejemplo, google asume que un 25% de sus ideas tienen que fallar?
Más específicametne: un 50% del 50% de sus objetivos, tiene que fallar. Si falla menos que eso, significa que están innovando poco. Jugando poco.
En Google entienden que fallar es parte de estar creando.
Entonces, si lo hace Google, ¿cómo no lo vas a hacer vos?
Pero ellxs tienen presupuesto suficiente, podría objetar “El espíritu de la pesadez”. Yo me estoy jugando la vida acá. Si no me va bien, no como.
En primer lugar, no estoy tan seguro de que sea tan así. Muchos de nuestros miedos en torno al dinero son herencias, que no tienen que ver con lo real.
Aunque sí es real que el cerebro más primitivo se activa en torno a estar cosas.
Pero, aún si fuera real, sigo considerando que el juego es el mejor camino.
Solo jugando puede despertarse nuestra verdadera creatividad, nuestro potencial más profundo.
Entendiendo que todo cuanto se da es parte también del juego de existir y de crear.
Por eso a esto en el Tantra se le llama la Loca Sabiduría. Porque no tiene nada que ver con el sentido común. Sino con el saber que brota del encuentro abierto, curioso y espontáneo con absolutamente cada experiencia.
Entendiendo que cada experiencia se da justo como se tiene que dar, para que aprendamos lo que necesitamos aprender en el camino de nuestro Espíritu.
Entonces, al espíritu de la pesadez, le respondo:
¡Sí! Sigamos jugando. Aún cuando todo parece caerse a pedazos. No olvidemos que, en el fondo, todo esto es un juego. Que somos un soplo efímero y frágil de la eternidad. Y que, en algún nivel, de todo podemos hacer un momento más del juego del Misterio. De nuestras victorias y de nuestras derrotas.
Si nos separamos de estas ideas de éxito que nos tienen tan preocupadxs, podemos empezar a jugar. Y, cuando jugamos, lo más vital que traemos para dar al mundo se manifiesta. Y una vida de riquezas puede comenzar.
