Esta iniciación se una exploración del erotismo, el deseo, el placer y la intimidad a través de la respiración, el contacto y el movimiento, individual y compartido.
La transmisión del Tantra es siempre vivencial. Primero a través del cuerpo y solo entonces a través de la palabra.
A lo largo de la iniciación irás realizando distintas prácticas para conectar con tu energía vital, sembrar un profundo amor hacia tus modos particulares de vivir tu sexualidad, explorar el vínculo con el erotismo en vos, y cómo te relacionás con otrxs.
La intención no es buscar algo predefinido, sino abrir un espacio amoroso donde encontrarte con los modos en que hoy estás viviendo tu sexualidad. Reconocerte, con tus limitaciones y potencialidades, tus vulnerabilidades y deseos, tus placeres y cerrazones. Reconocerte en la totalidad del ser humano que hoy sos. Aprendiendo a escuchar la voz del cuerpo, los mensajes que hoy te está ofrendando.
Además, podrás introducirte al aspecto energético de tu sexualidad, lo cual cambia toda la experiencia.
Iremos acompañando esta exploración desde la palabra y el sostén grupal, acompañando de cerca tu proceso, siempre priorizando la escucha de tus ritmos, tus necesidades y tus posibilidades dentro de la experiencia. El tantra empezó a acercarse conscientemente a su vida hace más de 10 años. ¿Qué rama del Tantra voy a aprender?
En esta iniciación al Tantra accederás al Tantra primordial, una síntesis realizada por Wem Marcos Wertheimer en su constante compromiso integrador a lo largo de sus 15 años de práctica. Fundamentalmente basada en el Tantra de Cachemira, también toma elementos del Tantra tibetano, el Tantra Yoga, el Tantra taoista y el NeoTantra.
¿Qué prácticas haremos durante la iniciación?
A lo largo de la iniciación realizarán prácticas de activación y circulación energética a través del movimiento, el autocontacto y la respiración.
Realizarán prácticas vinculares simples y profundas, como danzas, respiraciones compartidas, y ejercicios de miradas; siempre dentro de un contexto de respeto, legitimación de las necesidades, posibilidades y ritmos de cada quien, ponderando siempre el consentimiento.
En todo momento el foco está principalmente en la exploración y descubrimiento de la propia sexualidad, y en abrir las puertas a su aspecto energético.
¿Habrán prácticas sexuales o nudistas?
