Poder significa una única cosa:
poder decir que sí, a lo que sí
y que no, a lo que no.
Sabiendo que el sí tendrá la fuerza para crear eso que sí sí
y el no tendrá la fuerza para frenar eso que no.
Poder decir que sí, y decir que no. Ese es el único poder. Lo otro son desviaciones del poder, que se dan cuando esta capacidad y derecho básico queda inhibido por un entorno violento y represor.
Primero necesitás reconocer dónde está tu límite, hacia dónde se mueve tu deseo. Y eso ya es un gran desafío. Muchas veces ni siquiera podemos reconocer esa excitación corporal que acompaña el cuerpo deseante. O registrar claramente nuestro límite. Nos fusionamos y nos perdemos.
El límite y el deseo están en nuestro tercer centro energético, en la boca del estómago.
Respirá profundo por la boca a tu plexo solar, y preguntate:
¿Qué deseo hoy en mi vida, y qué no?
¿Hacia dónde quiero y hacia dónde no quiero ir?
¿Qué elijo?
En esta relación, en este proyecto, en lo que sea. ¿Qué deseo?
Dentro del qué, se pueden abrir una gran variedad de posibilidades. ¿Querés o no querés estar en esta relación? ¿Querés o no querés llevar a cabo este emprendimiento, este proyecto?
Pero necesitamos hilar mucho más fino. Dentro de la relación, ¿qué querés y qué no? ¿Cómo querés y cómo no querés estar en esta relación? ¿Querés o no participar en tal proyecto? Pero también: ¿cómo querés participar de este proyecto? ¿A qué aspectos decís que sí, y a cuáles que no?
Salirnos de una lógica binaria, para acceder a la compleja trama del deseo.
Una vez que reconocés los qué y los cómo de tu deseo, queda todavía la necesidad de legitimar esos qué y esos cómo.
Muchas veces creemos que hay deseos que no deberían estar. La fuerza del mandato, o de las lealtades al clan, suprimen las necesidades más básicas, e incluso, los deseos diferenciantes. Diferenciarnos de lo heredado y sumergirnos en nuestro camino singular es un riesgo.
El riesgo que el héroe se atreve a recorrer, entre el temor y la fuerza, entre la duda y la certeza.
No se trata de moverte únicamente cuando algo te es certero.
Se trata, también, de tener el coraje de probar, aún sabiendo que es posible estar errando.
Ancladx en tu potencia, abrirte al experimento de recorrer nuevos caminos.
Los caminos que hoy estás eligiendo crear.
