. EnLindo tabú, ¿No? Pero qué fue pasando que transformamos un espacio de nuestro sagrado territorio corporal, con tanto potencial de placer y belleza, en algo digno de ser desterrado de la existencia?

Incluso hoy, después de tanta exploración, se me mueve una re fuerte al hacer este post de que “puede llegar a sonar muy burdo”. Así que, vamos a meternos hasta el fondo.

Primero que nada, varones y mujeres tenemos ano. Existe una diferenciación genital de pene, vulva y vagina, y las infintas creencias y condicionamientos alrededor de uno o el otro. Pero ambos tenemos ano. Hay un lugar de igualdad en el ano, de anterioridad a la diferencia. El uno del cual nace el dos.El uno primordial.

Pero está lleno de bloqueos y de fantasmas. El fantasma de lo sucio, de lo pecaminoso, impuro. En los varones está el fantasma de lo homosexual también. El ano queda olvidado, deshabitado.

También hay una cuestión con acelerar la retención de esfínteres del niñe. ¿Qué pasa cuando nos obligan a aprender a retener esfínteres antes de tiempo?
Le niñe no logra entender cuando está bien y cuando está mal cagar. Solo entiende que a veces caga y lo aplauden y esta bien y a veces caga y lo putean y está mal.

Cagar está ligado a poder retener y a poder soltar. Cuando esto se va volviendo algo tan raro y neurótico, se genera una tendencia polarizada: siempre retengo o siempre suelto. No puedo reconocer cuándo tengo que sostener y retener y cuándo tengo que soltar. En lo orgánico a veces tengo que retener y a veces tengo que soltar, es bien simple.Y esto se transpola a cualquier contexto de nuestra vida en que necesitemos soltar o contener algo.

Necesitamos recuperar nuestro interés. Merecemos sentir todo el placer de cagar-soltar, de la entrega. Y es tan simple. Solo necesitamos tiempo y curiosidad.

1. Amplificar el registro

Comencemos llevando registro a todo nuestro culo. Simplemente sentándonos y llevando nuestra respiración a esta zona, reconociendo todos los tejidos y, en especial, los que rodean nuestro ano.

2. Regalarnos un masaje

Continuemos masajeando toda la zona de la cintura y los glúteos, con algún aceite.

(en esta época del año -otoño- conviene aceite de sésamo, pero si no usen cualquier aceite orgánico o de primera prensión en frío)

3. Honrar el ano

Hasta que lleguemos al ano. Lleguemos suave, rico, gustoso. Vayamos regalándonos todo lo que nos sea placentero. Hasta comenzar a explorar también su interior.

4. Entregarnos al viaje

Nunca perder de vista la respiración. Ir recorriendo estos 3 simples pasos en todas las direcciones, del 1 al 2, del 2 al 3, del 3 al 2, del 3 al 1, del 1 al 3, todo el tiempo que deseemos dedicarnos a esta rica experiencia.
